How to send a voice message by email!


 
Did you know that there is an easy way to send a voice message to your email recipients? Email is a very impersonal means of communication, but you can personalize it by adding a short voice message. Here's how:

  1. Click Start
  2. Click Programs 
  3. Click Accessories 
  4. Click Entertainment 
  5. Click Sound Recorder 
  6. Click Record 
  7. Speak into the microphone to record your message 
  8. Click Stop to quit recording 
  9. Save the file 
  10. Create an email message and add the .wav file as an attachment.
