Trout Almandine


Servings: Serves 6 people

4 Trout fillets
1 cup Milk
1 ts Salt
1/8 ts Black pepper
1/2 cup Flour
2 Sticks of butter or margarine
1/2 cup Chopped almonds

Dip the trout fillets in milk.

Season them with salt & pepper then coat them with flour.

Melt the butter or margarine in a skillet and cook the fillets, browning them evenly on both sides.

Remove the fish from the skillet and sauté the almonds for about 10 minutes.

Serve the almonds over the trout fillets.
