Swordfish Of The Mermaids


2 large swordfish slices
1/2 TBS lemon juice
bunch of fresh mint leaves
3 TBS olive oil
1 TBS chopped mint leaves

Brown the swordfish on both sides in olive oil.

Add the mint leaves, a bit of water, pepper, salt, and lemon juice.

Drizzle with oil and serve with the greens.
