4 (4-6 oz) sirloin or fillet Steaks
4 oz. Stilton cheese
2-3 oz. walnut chunks
1 oz. butter
Pre-heat the grill.
Mash the crumbled cheese and softened butter together, then add the walnuts and mix well.
Trim the steaks and place them under the grill.
Cook the steaks for 2-10 minutes on each side, depending on the thickness of the steak and how you want them cooked.
Remove the steaks from the grill and spread the cheese mixture evenly over them, pressing down firmly.
Grill for another minute or so or until the topping is melted and bubbling.
