| Ingredients: Servings: Serves 8 people
 1 1/2 lb lean hamburger1 1/2 lb rye bread crumbs
 2 eggs, lightly beaten
 1/2 cup onion, chopped
 1/4 cup Russian salad dressing
 1/3 cup pickle relish
 1 TBS Worcestershire sauce
 1 tsp salt
 1/4 tsp pepper
 1 (8oz) can sauerkraut, drained
 1 1/2 cups Swiss cheese, shredded
 6 thin slices of corned beef
 
 | Directions: Combine the hamburger, bread crumbs, eggs, onion, pickle relish, Russian dressing, Worcestershire sauce, and salt and pepper.
 
 Mix well with your hands or a wooden spoon.
 
 On a sheet of foil, shape the mixture into a 7"x14" rectangle.
 
 Evenly layer the corned beef, sauerkraut, and cheese, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
 
 Roll up the meat in a jelly roll fashion, sealing the ends, using the foil to help lift.
 
 Place the seam-side down in a loaf pan and bake at medium heat for about 45 minutes.
 
 Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees F in your kitchen oven.
