Whole pork loin roast, split
1 cup raisins
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
12 oz. Log Chain Apple Honey Creme
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
Mix together the raisins, walnuts, and 8 oz. apple honey in a saucepan.
Stuff the roast with the mixture and tie-up with a string.
Rub the outside of the roast with salt and pepper.
Cook in a smoker until the meat temperature reaches 170 degrees F.
Brush the remaining apple honey on the roast and wrap it in foil.
Place back on the smoker for 1 hour, then slice and serve.
