7 large hard-boiled eggs
1/4 cup purchased Honey Dijon
2 tablespoons finely chopped
1/8 teaspoon pepper (optional)
Remove the shells from the eggs.
Halve the eggs lengthwise or crosswise.
Carefully remove the yolks from the eggs and place them in small bowl.
Mash the yolks with a fork.
Add the salad dressing and onions, then mix well.
Lightly spoon or pipe the mixture into the egg white halves
Sprinkle with pepper.
Serve immediately, or your can refrigerate them until serving time.
