Dutch Oven Barbecued Steak


2 lb Beef round steak
2 tb Vegetable Oil
3/4 c Onion
3/4 c Catsup
1/2 c Vinegar
1/2 c Brown Sugar
1 tb Prepared Mustard
1 tb Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 ts Salt
1/8 ts Pepper
3/4 c Water

Cut steak in pieces. Put oil into Dutch oven and heat.

Brown steak on both sides.

Take steak out and add onions. Brown lightly.

Add rest of ingredients to make a barbecue sauce and simmer 5 minutes.

Put steaks back in Dutch oven and bake for about two hours or until tender.
