Diabetic Power Burger


1/2 lb lean 90 percent hamburger
2 Tbsp oat bran
1/4 cup oats
2 Tbsp fat-free milk
1 tsp dehydrated minced onion
1 dash pepper
1/2 tsp canola or corn oil

Mix all the ingredients together except for the oil and form into 2 hamburger patties.

Heat the oil in a skillet and cook the hamburgers burgers until done.
