Crockpot Mandarin Orange Chicken


Servings: Serves 6 people

3 whole skinless boneless chicken
   breasts, halved
1/2 tsp ginger
1 tsp salt
1 dash pepper
8 oz orange juice from frozen concentrate
2 cups mandarin oranges or
   fresh orange segments
2 green onions, chopped


Put the chicken, ginger, salt, pepper, and frozen orange juice in a slow cooker and cook for 6 hrs on low heat.

Serve the chicken on hot rice, and top with the orange segments and green onions.

Serve the chicken liquid in a gravy boat.
