1 large package cream cheese
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon horseradish
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons catsup
1 can crabmeat or use fresh crab
(mock crab is fine)
Let the cream cheese soften to room temperature.
Blend all ingredients thoroughly with a fork.
Make into a ball with your hands and sprinkle it with dry parsley flakes on the outside for color.
Serve with Wheat Thins or Triscuit crackers.
Note: It's best to prepare these crab balls early in the day and let them season before serving.
