2 bags sweet starch
2 cups parmesan cheese, grated
2 cups milk
1 cup vegetable oil
1 TBS salt
Boil the milk and oil together.
Place the flour in a big bowl, and add the boiling milk.
Mix well with a wooden spoon, then allow to cool.
Add the eggs, salt, and cheese.
Knead very well with your hands until the dough is smooth.
Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Lightly grease a flat cookie sheet.
Using a small spoon, scoop little balls of dough onto the cookie sheet, but not too close to each other.
Bake until golden, or about 25 minutes.
If freezing, allow them to cool completely before bagging them.
