Trampoline Antics

My brother Glen and I were visiting our niece a few days ago when her two youngest kids hopped up onto the trampoline in their yard and started jumping away. We were quite amazed by some of the acrobatic moves they made as well as the heights to which they were able to jump. After watching them do their thing for a few minutes, Glen grabbed his camera and began taking pictures - one of which is the "Picture Of The Day". A trampoline is truly one of the most beneficial toys you can have around the house. In today's world of multiple non-stop cartoon channels and endless video games, many children simply aren't getting the exercise they need in order to grow strong bodies and build healthy lives. Trampolines offer kids a great way to have fun while developing strength and balance at the same time. They are also very affordable! It was a lot of fun watching Hannah and Caleb give their trampoline a good workout. If I had just one-tenth of the energy these youngsters expended in little more than 30 minutes, I could work for days without getting tired.
