Ingredients:
2 lb lean spare ribs
1 can condensed beef bouillon
1/2 cup water
2 TBS maple syrup
2 TBS honey
3 TBS soy sauce
2 TBS barbecue sauce
1/2 tsp dry mustard

Directions:
Bake the ribs at 350 degrees F for 1 hour (1/2 hour per side), or broil for 15 to 20 minutes to remove the fat.
Cut into single servings.
Combine the ingredients in a crockpot and stir to mix, then add the ribs.
Cover and cook for 8 hours, or even overnight.
