Nacho Casserole

Ingredients:
Servings: Serves 6 people

1 lb. hamburger meat
1 cup corn
2 cups crushed tortilla chips
2 cups shredded Monterey Jack
cheese
12 oz. salsa
3/4 cup Miracle Whip
1 tbsp. chili powder

Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees F.

Brown the meat and drain.

Stir in salsa, corn, Miracle Whip, and chili powder.

Layer l/2 each of meat mixture, chips, and cheese in 2 quart casserole dish. Repeat in layers.

Bake for 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Top with shredded lettuce and chopped tomatoes if desired.
