Ingredients:
6 pork fillets
1/2 lb. mung bean sprouts
1/2 lb. mushrooms
1/2 lb. green peppers |
Directions:
Shred the pork fillets, add seasonings and sauté in hot oil till done.
Remove the fillets and drain the oil.
Remove the ends of the mung bean sprouts.
Season some oil with ginger and minced scallions, then drop in the sprouts and green peppers.
Stir-fry quickly and thicken with a cornstarch solution.
