Crock-Pot Spanish Chicken

           Ingredients:           

Servings: Serves 6 to 8 people

8 to 10 pieces of chicken, washed
1 can tomato paste
1 large jar green olives with
   pimientos
 

               Directions:             

Place the chicken in the bottom of a crock-pot.

Pour the entire jar of olives (including the juice) over the chicken.

Pour the tomato paste in the crock-pot.

Cook for several hours at low heat until the chicken falls apart easily (all day works well).

Serve over hot rice, using the juice for gravy for the rice.
