Hot Cajun Catfish Creole

           Ingredients:           

Servings: Serves 6 people

6 good Size catfish Filets
2 crushed jalapenos
1/4 cup Tabasco sauce
salt
pepper
1 lemon
2 TBS Worcestershire sauce
1 egg
1 tsp cayenne pepper powder

               Directions:             

Coddle the egg, then add it to mixing bowl along with the Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, a dash of paprika, Tabasco, salt, and pepper. Mix rapidly.

Place the catfish in a bowl and thoroughly baste it.

Place the catfish on a baking sheet that is covered with butter.

Add the rest of the baste on top.

Sprinkle the crushed jalapenos on top.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes.
