Ingredients:

6 skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup catsup
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
2 TBS fresh lemon juice
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp Dijon mustard
salt
pepper

Directions:
Combine all the ingredients except for the chicken in a bowl and mix well.
Place some sauce in a separate dish for dipping.
Lightly brush the chicken with the sauce, and grill.
Continue to baste until the chicken is done.
