There are times when a boot floppy disk can come in handy. Windows XP makes it very easy to create a boot floppy if you don't have one lying around somewhere.
Follow these steps to create a boot floppy with Windows XP:
- Place a blank floppy disk in the A: drive
- Double-click My Computer
- Click Format
- Check the box beside Create an MS-DOS startup disk
- Click Ok
Your boot floppy will now be created, and you can use it in any PC, not just those running Windows XP!
