Beginning Spanish: A basic course in the Spanish language

domingo

Monday
Tuesday
Wednesday
Thursday
Friday
Saturday
Sunday

In Spanish, the days of the week are not capitalized. The first day of the week is lunes (Monday) instead of domingo (Sunday).

To indicate on (ie. on Wednesday), the Spanish definite article el or los is used.

Examples:

el jueves (on Thursday)
los martes (on Tuesdays)
