Sage In The Snow

At first glance it appears that Sage has a bad case of dandruff, but those are actually snowflakes - some of the first to fall here in the Abingdon, Virginia area this season.

A blizzard it wasn't - it only snowed for a couple of hours and the ground never turned white...but Sage didn't care. He walked around, playing amongst the falling flakes like a child who has never seen snow before...and since he's a "Coastal Carolina" canine he really hasn't seen much of it in his lifetime.

According to the weather report, Abingdon is expected to get several inches of snow today, the first real snowfall of the season. I'm not too thrilled about it myself, but I'm sure Sage would have a ball outside today if he could be here. Oh well, maybe next time...
