Ingredients:
1 large ham hock
2 cups barley
3 cups pinto beans
2 cups split peas
2 cups lentils
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. pepper
1 tbsp. tarragon
2 tbsp. dried parsley
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 large bay leaf

Directions:
Place the pinto beans and the other ingredients in a 6-quart crockpot.
Add water all the way to the top of the crockpot.
Bring to a boil and let it boil for at least 5 minutes, then set the crockpot to slow cook for 4 - 8 hours.
