Beef Nacho Casserole

Ingredients:
1 lb. grnd beef
1 jar salsa
1 cup Sweet Corn
3/4 cup Miracle Whip
1 Tbsp. chili Powder
2 cups tortilla chips, crushed
2 cups Monterey Jack cheese

Directions:
Heat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Brown the meat and mix with the salsa and corn.

Whip the chili powder and Miracle Whip together.

Layer 1/2 of the meat mixture, tortilla chips, and cheese in a 2-quart casserole dish. Repeat the layers.

Bake for 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated, then top with shredded lettuce and chopped tomato.
