Banana And Salmon Beach Salad

           Ingredients:           

Servings: Serves 8 people

3 ripe bananas, sliced
1/2 cup canned pineapple chunks,
   drained
1 1/2 cups canned salmon, flaked,
   large bones removed
1/4 cup minced green onions,
   including the white parts and
   the green tops
2 sticks celery, finely chopped,
   leaves and all
1/2 tsp salt
1 TBS dill pickle relish
mayonnaise to moisten
lime wedges
 

               Directions:             

Mix the bananas and pineapple together.

Add the flaked salmon and fold in the remaining ingredients.

Garnish with crisp lettuce or other greens along with the lemon slices.
