Cody, The Shih Tzu Cowboy

Today's picture features my brother-in-law Roger holding Cody, the Shih Tzu Cowboy. Roger likes to think he's Cody's master, but it's probably the other way around.

Helen and Roger are both huge animal lovers, and they have always had dogs. Well, make that very large dogs - two Labradors to be exact. Not exactly house dogs. They recently decided they wanted a small dog to keep in the house, and after careful deliberation they decided to buy a Shih Tzu. Helen found one she liked - a new-born female. She picked it up a few weeks later and Haley become a member of the household. But the story doesn't end there...

After they had had Haley for a while, they decided they wanted another Shih Tzu - a boy this time. They looked around again and found Cody, the Shih Tzu Cowboy. Now a visit to Helen & Roger's home is a real treat if you love small dogs. They run around and play, jumping up and down and nibbling on anything in sight, especially fingers. Balls of fur, that's what they are. Two cute little balls of fur... and one Shih Tzu cowboy.
