A+ Certification is essential for Computer Technicians who wish to succeed in today's competitive technology field. The widespread availability of PC Tech courses in Community Colleges and elsewhere has created a large number of qualified PC Technicians competing for a limited number of positions. To qualify for A+ Certification, it's necessary to pass two moderately difficult exams:

In order to pass the A+ OS exam, you must demonstrate a basic knowledge of Command Line Prompt, Windows 9x and Windows 2000 for installing, configuring, upgrading, troubleshooting, and repairing desktop computer systems.
